| We research and develop new packaging technology, new material, advanced testing methods and equipment. |

Packaging Tests |
| We do performance test and quality test of packages (including packaging materials, packaging containers and packaged-products) and provide testing reports. Entrusted by the government or on the behalf of national or local administrative departments, we make attesting test, assessing test or arbitrating test on packaging quality that are disputed in foreign or domestic trades. |

Standard Setting |
| We are in charge of or take part in making laws and regulations of packaging technology, national packaging standards and testing norm and put those into practice. We also, on the behalf of the government, join international packaging technology organizations and take part in their exchange activities and translate some international packaging standards. |

Training |
| We provide training programs of packaging technology for technicians in corporation and teachers and students in packaging school. Relying on dimensions of global technology and information, our equipment and technology, we hold classes on site, seminars, etc. The final aims for us are to cultivate professionals of packaging and to improve packaging technology in China. |
