Packaging quality performance testing is one of the core businesses of the centre. The centre has an international standard laboratory which has passed the CNAS certification. Its test reports have mutual recognition between authorized institutions from more than 50 countries and regions. The laboratory has also been authorized as the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre of Packaging Products by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. It is acknowledged by international well-known organisations or enterprises such as GE, UL, HP, GM, Kodak and DMI. With more than 20 years of experiences, the laboratory has become the largest testing institution with the most complete testing equipment and the strongest testing skills in the widest areas of packaging product testing.

The main jobs of the laboratory include:

• To be engaged in the quality supervision and production license inspection of the national, local and industrial packaging products
• To proceed product quality assessment and provide arbitration inspection for the court, insurance companies and parties to disputes
• To accept inspection on request, and proceed a comprehensive analysis and evaluation for packaging materials and the overall performance of the packages

The laboratory will conscientiously implement the quality policy of scientific, accurate, fair and efficient and provide thoughtful and enthusiastic services.
